If there are delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party, contact our Customer Service Team and we will assist you. If there is a substantial delay you may end the contract and ask for refund.

Items not received
If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team and have your receipt and order number ready with you. We will ensure to investigate the cause immediately.
Returns
In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service Team on the day of delivery. We are happy to offer a refund in Store Credit or exchange on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Sale items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged.
