Shipping Offers

We offer FREE home delivery in the UAE for orders above AED
200. For international orders, we provide FREE worldwide shipping for orders
above AED 500.

Items Not Received

If you have not received your order, please contact our
Customer Service team with your receipt and order number. We will investigate
the cause and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Returns Policy

In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect
items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team on the day of
delivery. We are pleased to offer a refund in Store Credit or an exchange for
all goods returned within seven days of receipt, provided they are in their
original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that sale items purchased
online cannot be returned or exchanged.
